• Organisation of Gas Safety Certificates
  Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1994 it is essential that all let residential properties, which have gas appliances, are inspected on an annual basis and certified to be safe.
  

• Property Minding
  For those owners who are leaving their property empty for a period of time and do not wish to let it, we can provide a service to make regular inspections ensuring that the property is in a fit state for reoccupation upon the return of the owners. We can also deal with any bills, which may arise during this time so long as we are put in funds by the owner at the commencement of the instructions.
